Return/Refund, Return/Repair, Return/Replacement policy – KCM Gifts4You

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

1. Return Window
You may request a return/refund or return/repair or return/replacement within 14 days of receiving your order. 
Books, hardcover, paperback books are subject to return/replacement only based on us, KCM Gifts4You receiving notification within 3 days of the completed delivery.

2. Eligibility
Returns and refunds may be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Jewelry- upon arrival, if faulty or broken may be returned within 14 days for a return/refund or return/repair or return/replacement. The final decision of each option will be determined and processed in accordance with the activity of the postal system to whether, the postal service is responsible for any damage that may have occurred during transit. If it should occur that the postal system is responsible for any damage to the products, then the process of the above will be determined by the postal service taking responsibility to apply shipping insurance coverage, if shipping insurance exists. 
If the jewelry has been worn and breaks within 14 days with regular wear and tear, if all caution has been applied with regular care for the jewelry, a return/refund or return/repair or return/replacement may still be issued. 
In the case of KCM Gifts4You being responsible for the fault in the jewelry, the cost of return shipping/postage fees will be the responsibility of, KCM Gifts4You.

T-shirts & Clothing Accessories- are eligible for return and refund if they arrive soiled or damaged and have not been worn. The final decision for return and refund will be determined and processed in accordance with the activity of the postal system to whether, the postal service is responsible for any damage that may have occurred during transit. If it should occur that the postal system is responsible for any damage to the product, then the process of the above will be determined by the postal service taking responsibility to apply shipping insurance coverage, if shipping insurance exists.

Refunds will not be issued for worn t-shirts or clothing accessories after two weeks.


Home Décor- if upon arrival, if a home décor product is faulty or broken, it may be returned within 14 days for a refund or a return/repair. The final decision of each option will be determined and processed in accordance with the activity of the postal system to whether, the postal service is responsible for any damage that may have occurred during transit. If it should occur that the postal system is responsible for any damage to the products, then the process of the above will be determined by the postal service taking responsibility to apply shipping insurance coverage, if shipping insurance exists.  
In the case of KCM Gifts4You being responsible for the fault in the home décor product, the cost of return shipping/postage fees will be the responsibility of, KCM Gifts4You.

Books-upon arrival, books, paperback or hardcover books are not refundable, however, if a book is soiled during shipping/postal transit, a return and replacement is possible upon, KCM Gifts4You being notified within 3 days of you receiving the book.  The cost of return and replacement will be determined and processed in accordance with the activity of the postal system to whether, the postal service is responsible for any damage that may have occurred during transit. If it should occur that the postal system is responsible for any damage to the product, then the process of the above will be determined by the postal service taking responsibility to apply shipping insurance coverage, if shipping insurance exists.

All returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

3. Condition of Items
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.


4. Custom & Personalized Items
Custom products (e.g. photo jewelry) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
If the item arrives damaged or faulty, it may be returned within 14 days for return/repair or return replacement. The final decision of each option will be determined and processed in accordance with the activity of the postal system to whether, the postal service is responsible for any damage that may have occurred during transit. If it should occur that the postal system is responsible for any damage to the products, then the process of the above will be determined by the postal service taking responsibility to apply shipping insurance coverage, if shipping insurance exists.  
We require customer approval of artwork before production begins. Once production is complete, the completed artwork and product is final.

5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kcmgifts.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide instructions and a return address.

6. Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected, and investigated, we’ll notify you of the process and process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
